WORKSHOP OVERVIEW:

The role of HR in the present scenario has undergone a sea change and its focus is on evolving such functional strategies which enable successful implementation of the major corporate strategies. The New Employment Code Act No.3 of 2019 was enacted through Statutory Instrument (SI) number 29 of 2019 on 9th May 2019. Every company is expected to align to this Code through implementation of Performance Management System by next year 8th May 2020.
