HR BUSINESS PARTNERING : Understanding the business of doing business

H.R. practitioners have been known for their skills to coordinate human resource of the organization but they have never been known as business partners.  Business partners do not only handle the H.R. aspects of the organization but also how H.R. contributes to the growth of the business. Those HR professionals both senior and aspiring - who can rise to the challenge; implementing HR strategies that are driven firmly from the business strategy, navigating the political and commercial terrain and finding more pragmatic, flexible and measurable ways to deliver value will potentially gain more credibility in the next two years than they have had in the previous ten.

By the end of the training you will:

  • Understand how HR is, and could, support and enhance the business imperatives of your organization.
  • Understand how to integrate your functional HR strategy into that of your organisation
  • Understand your own effectiveness and have had the opportunity to develop your own skills and behaviours in key areas with expert and independent coaching
  • Enhance your ability to influence and challenge business decisions
  • Improve personal effectiveness by developing your coaching techniques

The organisation will gain an HR professional who:
